SHIPPING POLICY

At Addie's Place, we want to make sure you receive your order with love and care. We offer free shipping for all orders over $250. Shipping costs are calculated based upon your shipping address and size of order being shipped. We ship within 1-3 business days and you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. Some orders can take up to 30 days depending on availability and customization. We use eco-friendly packaging to ensure that your order arrives safely while minimizing our impact on the environment. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Addie's Place.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or an acceptable proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@addiesplace.shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return request is accepted, you can ship the item(s) to:

Shipping charges are non refundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Damages/Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. At that time, we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-returnable Items:
All sale items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), sleepwear, underwear, loungewear, bath-wear and swimsuits cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 days for your bank institution or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
